Our consultancy activities in compliance with the European regulation on the protection of personal data concern:
- General Compliance;

- Assumption of the role of Data Protection Officer in outsourcing;
- Risk assessment activities based on the nature of the data, methods of treatment and measures taken, including those of cyber security;
- Impact / risk assessment for the privacy of new projects, products, services, business models (Privacy impact / risk assessments);
- Assistance and advice for the compliance of websites to the discipline in the area of c.d. "Cookies";
- Assistance to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out by the Customers comply with the General Measures adopted by the Guarantor or the codes of conduct and good conduct issued to regulate specific types of treatment;
- Assistance and advice in case of data breach.
